The KGM team is lead by founder and CEO Karen Gurl Martell. Karen has developed a large and respected team of  IT and telecommunications professionals, many who have been with KGM for decades.

 We hire the most talented and certified professionals in the industry and we engage only those experts who are able to work effectively in demanding environments with clients at every level of the organization. 

 The foundation of KGM is built on our outstanding blend of subject matter experts and senior project managers. From telephone software programming to engineering to multi-location project management, we employ an impressive array of individuals to provide custom solutions. 

KGM Consulting was founded in 1992 as a telecommunications resource to financial firms in the New York Metro Area. In the more than30 years since then, KGM has expanded to provide a broad range of IT and telecom support services to a variety of business enterprises around the world.

KGM is proud to be one of the first certified Women’s Business Enterprise (WBENC) organizations and is an active participant in the Women’s President Educational Association (WPEO). Our founder Karen Gurl Martell was an Honoree of the Irish American Building Society and she received a Brava SmartCEO award to be included in that exclusive community of CEOs and business leaders who have educated and inspired their respective business communities.
